About kinase

Kinases are protein enzymes that regulate the activity of proteins by phosphorylating them.

Phosphorylation of proteins have a major role in regulating important cellular activity such as DNA transcription, mRNA translation, molecular transport, and regulating protein-protein interactions. Excessive phosphorylation of proteins can lead to homeostasis failure, which results in many diseases.

We find out an original kinase target and are developing development and new clinical medicine of "specific kinase inhibitor" based on a new concept.
